2. Services presented

Smart Clean provides cleaning and sanitising services for homes and commercial premises. Industrial cleaning is presented on the website of our dedicated division, igienaindustriala.ro.

Texts and images on this website are for presentation. We try to keep the information accurate, but errors or omissions may occur. Images are examples. The final result of a job depends on how dirty the space is, how old the stains are and the materials being cleaned.

3. Quote requests and prices

  • Prices: we do not publish prices, because every job is different.
  • Final quote: the price is set after a conversation or, in most cases, after an on-site visit, depending on the area, how dirty it is and how complex the job is.
  • Request form: sending the form does not oblige Smart Clean to provide the service and does not oblige you to pay. It is only a request for information and a quote.

The content of cleansmart.ro (logo, brand, texts, images, graphics) belongs to Smart Clean and is protected by copyright law. The name “Smart Clean”, its logo and its colour are registered trademarks.

You may not copy, distribute, publish or modify the content for anything other than personal use without our written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of this website. We work to keep the website running without interruptions or errors, but we cannot guarantee it.

The website links to other websites (for example igienaindustriala.ro or our Facebook page). Their owners are responsible for their content.

6. Personal data

How we use the details sent through the form is described in the Privacy policy.

7. Disputes

Any disagreement will be settled amicably. If that is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania. Use of this website is governed by Romanian law.
